Ausbil Co-founder Paul Xiradis Inducted into the Australian Fund Manager Association Hall of Fame
The Australian Fund Manager Foundation is delighted to announce that Paul Xiradis, co-founder and Executive Chairman of Ausbil Investment Management, has been inducted into the 2024 Hall of Fame.
Mr. Xiradis is a highly respected figure in the Australian investment industry, with a career spanning over 45 years. He co-founded Ausbil in 1997 and has since been instrumental in its growth into a leading investment management firm with over $20 billion in funds under management.
“I am truly grateful to be inducted into the Hall of Fame,” said Mr. Xiradis. “I extend my thanks to the Australian Fund Manager Association and dedicate this recognition to our clients, many of whom have been with us since the beginning and for whom our work is truly intended.”
Mr. Xiradis is recognised for his outstanding contribution to the Australian funds management industry. He is a strong advocate for active investment management and has a proven track record of success. The Ausbil Australian Active Equity Fund, which Mr. Xiradis co-manages, has generated a gross long-term performance of over 11.3% per annum since inception, outperforming the benchmark by over 2.8% per annum.
The Hall of Fame celebrates the achievements of individuals who have made a significant and lasting contribution to the Australian funds management industry. Mr. Xiradis joins a distinguished list of inductees, including some of Australia’s most respected investors.
